i went to the subway on the corner of bench and pocatello creek, i ordered the blt with spinach, yellow bell peppers, green peppers, and sweet onion sauce,i ate it about 4;00 and felt the symptoms around 7:00 and had a bad case of vomitting at 11-8 in the morning. i then went to the doctor to recieve a shot of fenergin and later an IV | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
