ER Visit After Eating - Point Royale Shopping Center, South Miami Florida

Ate at 7pm, noticed odd texture in sour cream. Began diarrhea at 8:30pm, vomiting at 9:30. Vomiting continued at 15 minute intervals until stomach was empty, then dry heaving and bile after. Dehydrated and unable to keep water, went to hospital ER at 12:30am, cat scan at 2am reported inflamed intestines, kept for observation for 24 hours after. Still nauseous, still have diarrhea.
