Today July 31 2019 at 1:20 pm I went for lunch at on parsons road. I ordered a 4 piece spicy chicken with beans and rice. Also a 3 piece spicy chicken tenders.I have ordered this at least once a week for years.Today however after finishing my meal I became violently ill at work. I started throwing up and had diarrhea.I actually thought i was going to die. Not good. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
