- comments: previous priority foundation violations not corrected from 7-1-24 report #2596878 #16 observed the ice chute at interior of ice machine with build up of a black substance in color and orange reddish color. Instructed manager to remove all ice and wash, rinse and sanitize interior of ice machine. #60 previous core violations not corrected from september 12, 2023 report #2581559: #49 found food debris and grease buildup on interior and exterior surfaces of fryers, prep tables, coolers, freezers, shelving units, front counter, cabinets, drawers, cup holders, rolling carts, walk in cooler/freezer doors. Instructed manager to detail clean and maintain all. #55 found food debris and thick grease build up on the floors under all equipment, along walls and in all corners in prep and storage areas. Instructed manager to clean and maintain. #55 found peeling paint on the ceiling of the women's toilet room and water-stained ceiling tiles in the dining area. Instructed manager to remove peeling paint and replace water stained ceilint tiles. Maintain all. #58 found no valid allergen training for the certified manager on duty. Her certificate expired march of this year. Instructed manager to provide and maintain a current allergen training certificate. All previous core violation must be corrected and maintained. Priority violation 7-42-090 citation issued
