Spicy Chicken Meal Illness - Popeyes, Akron Ohio

On 11/2/17 around 7pm. I had what was supposed to be a 2 pc spicy white with fries meal. It wasn't spicy nor did I get a biscuit with my order. About 90 minutes later, I felt nauseous and dizzy. So dizzy I fell a couple of times. I vomited up all that I ate and had diarrhea. The dizziness was so intense that the room was still spinning with my eyes closed. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness
