Ate shrimp and fries and apple pie from there, now I have nausea threw up all my food and diarrhea | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I have the same symtom of Diarrhea. Whenever I eat it, it always happen to me. I used to prefer spicy chicken but I changed it recently. But not only spicy but mild one also gives me the same symptom. I assume that the frying oil which already mixed up with spicy powder or bad condition oil makes me sick.
