After I at my 3 piece meal I started feeling a little nauseous during but I didn’t think anything of it I was like oh maybe I’m jsut full so I stopped eating it I threw it away and hours go by I’m still having this feeling in my stomach, I go to bed not thinking anything and I wake up few hours later throwing up pooping as well , I go lay back down few hours passed by I threw up again . I also pooped again and I have chills all over my body my muscles aches too | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills
