I bought and cooked stuffed bell peppers from Sam's club on 07/14/2026. My husband and I both ate the peppers and now today on 07/15/2026 have extreme stomach upset including nausea and diarrhea. That is the only food we ate in common yesterday.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

I are Lee's chicken the night after I got it and few hours later was throwing up and next day date it again and same thing happened. It was only 1 day old first time and 2nd time it was 2 days. About a week ago, I made tuna salad with a new bottle of miracle whip. Within an hour, abdominal pain and diarrhea. Threw the tuna away and didn't eat anymore and was fine after that. I'm guessing the miracle whip or the tuna No, that's all.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
