I purchased a 3 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy on12-11-25.
I woke up to horrible stomach craps, projectile vomiting and severe diarrhea. Horrible sweats then vomit then chills to the bone. My head felt like it would split open.
This continued all day and into the night. I would sleep, suddenly wake up and make a run for the bathroom I had no idea someone could throw up so much liquid. Today is the 14th no more throwing up but the diarrhea has been persistent.
I was completely fine before eating that Thursday evening. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
