Additional Information: Ate Popeyes garlic parm wings for lunch at 11:30. Did not eat dinner because I had appointments. Had to cut out of and appointment early because around 7pm I had horrific stomach cramping and burning pain in back, nausea and diarrhea. The wings was the only thing I had eaten today. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Body Ache
