DATE TIMELINE OF EVENT 61918Went to Popeyes Chicken 953 NW Plaza Dr. St. AnnMO - purchaced a chicken and shrimp combo with mashed potatoes and gravy - no drink62018- 62318Noticed bloating and abdominal discomfort small amount of diarrhea 62318Left for a 14 hour drive from Illinois to Alabama for a family vacation 62318started throwing up around noon feverchills diarrhea worsened - went straight to bed when we go to condo in Alabama62418Woke up numerous times through the night with same symptoms at about 10am - diarrhea turned to all blood was then taken to an ER in Pensacola FL to seek treatment62418Transferred and admitted to West Florida Hospital that evening - for what was first thought to be ulcerative colitis. 62518-62618remaining under treatment at the hospital discharged in the evening of 6262018 62618-63018Returned to condo on bland diet with medication and rest. 63018left to retrun home to IllinoisI have been to GI doctor primary and counselor. I have been throughtly checked over to make sure I have no permanent damage - I am now medicated for anxiety because I worry about things I eat making me sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Chills, Stomach Pain
