Tuesday, January 14th at around 4 PM. Got a three piece chicken meal - mild spice - with a side of mashed potatoes and biscuit. Within an hour I had cramps and nausea. Almost 7 hours later I have vomited multiple times and have the chills. It’s awful!! My husband ate with me and he has a headache but no stomach symptoms (he had the spicy meal - same chicken choices but perhaps a different batch) | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
