December 5th. Ordered number one spicy chicken sandwich with biscuit but received fries instead. Food was room temperature. A few minutes later I got super bloated with aches and nausea. Then a few hours later vomitted. What a disgusting, dirty, unsanitary business. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating
