Spoiled Coleslaw Causes Illness - Popeyes, Vero Beach Florida

I placed an meal order I ate some and noticed it felt and smelled spoiled. it was spoiled,contaminated coleslaw. I made a video of the slimy coleslaw. I went back through the drive thru and reported it to the manager,the manager and 2 of her employees witnessed that fixed order was spoiled and served it to me spoiled.I let the manager know that I've worked and currently working in food service kitchen, restaurant. I know the rules and regulations of food safety. I let the manager know my knowledge and they need to trash it immediately and not serve it to any customers it was spoiled,outdated, contaminated and stored at an unsafe temperature for serval hrs or days.. Around 12:30pm I became sick.i begin spitting and gagging. Because I have mental health conditions (anxiety and panic attacks) I began to panic and have a anxiety attack because I have other health conditions (type2 diabetes,high blood pressure and did not know how it would affect my medical conditions I immediately called my doctor and they scheduled an appointment for me to see them I went in at 2:50today and was treated the doctor confirmed it was food poisoning.
