The customer service was horrible the drive thru girl was rude and kept rushing us to finish our order and wouldn’t let us talk. I Ordered my food which included a large macaroni. They told me they were out of mac so i asked for a refund. Instead of giving me a refund they said they were making more that it will take 6 minutes. Mind you its only 7 and they close at 10pm. We sat in the front for a good 25 minutes before going in to ask if our food was ready. They acted like they couldn’t find our order and also was being very rude when we asked them for ketchup and bbq sauce. The lady at the drive thru to old us they were out of everything. So we asked another employee and he got us some (there was more then plenty). I will never go back there nor recommend to anyone ik. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

If you argued with them, it's possible they did something to your food. Demand to see the security footage.
