Ate two yoplait yogurts a couple of days ago, woke up that night with vomiting and diarrhea. Thought it was maybe the rice and peas I had had as aside for that my friend and I had eaten the same thing. Today Just had toast and jam for breakfast along with another yogurt, had to lie down as had stomach pain then within 5 mins was sick. Had been eating normally between these two bouts without issue. Yoghurts were within date, purchased from two separate shops, on holiday so difference in cultures could be a factor. Limited photos as already thrown rubbish away..
