Onion rings. They smelled strangely sweet. Food smelled wickedly sweet, as if someone had tried to disguise a bad smell. It happened on Wednesday. My stomach hurt later. And then as the food digested, painful cramps ensued throughout my intestines. I stayed in bed. Then diarrhea started for Wednesday night and Thursday. I think all the yucky stuff has been cleared out of my gut now. I also spiked a fever. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps
