Had a chopped salad last night for dinner. Had about a quarter of it because something just didn't taste right. Had stomach issues all night, and woke up with diarrhea. Started throwing up shortly after, and have been dealing with this all day. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
