My son and I both had a chopped chicken salad around 8:30 pm. By 6:30 am I had severe stomach pain with vomiting and diarrhea. By 7:30 am my was projectile vomiting and diarrhea. This is the type that comes out of both ends at the same time. It's 24 hours later and we are still both sick. Everyone else who ate different items from Portillos did not get sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
