Severe Reaction: Hotdog & Fries - Portillos, Madison Wisconsin

Ate a hotdog, fries, and onion rings that I picked up from the drive thru. Within 3 hours I had severe vomiting, abdominal pain, and diarrhea. Vomiting undigested food all night and the next day along with severe diarrhea. There was bright red blood in the first vomit. By the next day I was so weak and dehydrated that I passed out while on the toilet, woke up on the floor with my arms and head sprawled over the bathtub. This started last night and I am still sick as of this writing. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Weakness
