Mushroom Tagliatelle Illness - Porto di Mare Cascais Gourmet, Cascais Lisboa

I had dinner there Monday the 12th of July at around 8:30pm. I ate the tagliatelle porcine mushrooms in cream sauce and had a tiramisu for desert. We had a small bottle of house red wine fizzy water and a lemoncello on the house. Once I got home I felt home. In the night I started to feel feverish and in the hours of early morning, around 4am, I had to run the the toilet due to severe diarrhoea. Between 4am and 8am it was continued diarrhoea about 5 times. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever
