I ate a Cadbury milk chocolate cake bar. About 30 minutes later I had severe abdominal pain and I was quite difficult to breathe, almost dying. It’s so horrible and scary. I don’t know if that’s cake’s problem. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Shortness of Breath
