I ate the prepackaged romaine salad and 4 hours later I started feeling nauseous and then vomited 10 times in the next 3 hours. I had one bout of diarrhea. I kept drinking because I was so thirsty but I would throw up within 15 minutes of drinking. I had no stomach cramping and eventually the vomiting stopped and I was able to go to sleep. I threw the rest of the lettuce out. It was a brand new unopened package that was not expired and looked completely fine. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Cramps

Hey I got sick off romaine salad mix Fresh Express brand here in Tennessee! It must be contaminated.
