Today, their truck at Shorewood Farmers Market Press (Honey Goat Cheese and Bacon waffle). Husband got acutely ill with nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea soon after consuming. No other food items were consumed, and only those in the household who ate the goat cheese and bacon waffle from here on 7/3 (approx 12:00pm) became ill. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
