I had a fettuccine alfredo with lots of parm. cheese, could the cheese or the sauce be the culprit? Ate it around 1:30pm and started getting intense cramping around 6-7pm | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Cramps
