Husband ate a chicken sandwich on granary sandwich at around noon and nothing else after that.. that evening Diarrhea and severe vomiting . Totally exhausted now and dehydrated.

It looked very sloppy and sift. I had the egg I was gone. He ate nothing else and was very sick | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Dehydration
