Thursday August 23. In Bamako, Mali while working for US Embassy. Violent diarrhea and vomiting from 7pm to 5am the following day after eating Pringles Cheese & Onion. Distributed in the UK by Kellogg’s Manchester. SKU 5 053990 127641. Initially thought it was local food, but opened second pack August 28, and four hours after eating I again have intestinal cramps, diarrhea and headache. Will be suing Kellogg’s upon my return to the USA as I am a public health specialist. I will request the local National Public Health Laboratory to test for Salmonella and if positive will retain the product and send to the UK for confirmatory testing. Yesterday I had the same exact Pringles same product number and everything and nothing happened… growing up I always had cheese and onion Pringles sometimes I would feel nausea because on how heavy it was but other than that I was fine. Uk makes there Pringles different to America’s they add heavy ingredients which can upset the stomach so maybe u have gotten sick since it was ur first time eating these because ur stomach couldn’t handle it.

Hi, thanks for your comment. TIP: It is possible to get food poisoning from chips and other packaged foods. The biggest risk of chips food poisoning comes from salmonella. Symptoms of Salmonella poisoning usually begin between 12-72 hours after eating and include bloody diarrhea, cramping, fever, and muscle aches. Have a good day!
Over a week later and still nothing has happened
Holy s**t, mine is the same product number omg… and I’m in the uk as well what is inside this. It took me a while to associate the diarrhoea to the Pringles so I was eating it over the course of 4-5 days just explosive diarrhoea and sweats. I finally searched it up online because I thought I was allergic to an ingredient and this site came up. This whole batch needs to be discarded
