Suspected Salmonella from Seafood - Providenciales, Caicos Islands

We visited Turks and Caicos April 16-23. There is no way to be positive but I believe I got the Salmonella I was diagnosed with at The Deckon April 19th. I had a pasta seafood meal. I have been sick for 6 days now. Violently for 3. I was diagnosed at the Emergency Dept. here at home in Illinois. After reading some other stories I have deemed that place unsanitary and will never return. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
