Italian Sub Triggers Illness - Publix, Smyrna Georgia

I got a ‘Boar’s Head’ Italian sub yesterday around 3pm. I drove home and ate it and immediately felt weird/dizzy. I began getting a headache and stayed dizzy then my stomach was cramping so bad..followed by nausea. Around 9pm I started throwing up multiple times accompanied with a fever. | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Headache, Dizziness
