Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, other: tingling fingers
Suspected source: Oatly oat milk low fat. Opened a new carton for morning tea. Also opened new Yerba Prima Psyllium whole husks but I do not think this was the source (also tingling went away with hydration.)
Onset: Less than 4 hours
