Was feeling fine, ate half of an ultimate sub and within a few hours started feeling terribly sick, having intense stomach pain and cramping, diarrhea, vomiting. Nobody else in my home but me (only one who ate a sub from Publix) out of 6 of us, has these symptoms. This is the only thing I have eaten. I am really concerned as I am feeling weaker and weaker and battling some health issues at this time. I have never been this ill and sure hope if it was the onions or meat that they are disposed of before any one else suffers. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
