Within 24 hours of consuming a small portion of tastykake chocolate topped, cream-filled honey bun on October 3rd, 2025 I experienced high fever, nausea, diarrhea, headaches, body aches, stomach cramps. Product had an expiration date of October 27, 2025. Product had irregular odor and taste and was discarded before consuming anymore. Bought at a Publix but not stocked by Publix, but a vendor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Body Ache
