I am 7 weeks pregnant. I have only eaten oatmeal for breakfast and 3 pieces of Cici's veggie pizza along with Cici's salad bar. I had severe stomach pain in my upper stomach. It resulted in severe vomiting and diarrhea all night.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

At mcdonalds. bought my son shamrock shake Saturday 3/11 few hours later he threw it up and has been ill ever since. He doesn't regularly get sick like this. Many reports of same issues from shamrock shake beware.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

I ate only 2 pieces of toast, a couple fries, and 2 chicken fingers from the chicken finger plate with zax sauce.
