I became very nauseous and fatigued shortly after eating the dumplings. Then later had a combination of vomiting and diarrhea. Became very cold and started shaking. My nurse says it’s food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fatigue, Shaking
