Hello. I have eaten at Jason’s Deli twice in my life and both times I got food poisoning. The first time was Feb 4th, 2024 and the second time was Feb 13th, 2024. Both times I had the chicken panini. I should have known better the second
time but I didn’t put two and two together until the 2nd time. The first time was bad but the 2nd time was way worse. I’m still recovering. Contant extremely watery diarrhea with food particles in it, severe stomach cramps for about 12 hours, vomiting and today I’m completely wiped out and can’t stop sleeping. I’m not sure what action to take but this cannot happen to anyone again. I have been traveling all over the world often times in undeveloped countries and places and I have never had food poisoning this bad. It has ruined my Valentine’s Day.

I went through quite an ordeal after eating a salad from Jason's Deli about three weeks ago. There was NOTHING else that could have affected me that day as it was directly after I ate there about three hours later and have been dealing with some type
of bacterial issue that took me out of work about eight days, and then now am having horrible residual issues with reflux and what feels like an ulcer or bacterial over growth in my stomach. It started off with throwing up, wretched diarrhea for and STILL don't have a normal response to food three weeks later. It's SEVERE and after doing everything I can from home, feel I will need to follow up with my doctor to see what is lingering for so long in my system. This was NOT the flu and it was NOT Covid 19 ... it was food poisoning. Recently I looked up reports on line to see if there was anything about Jason's from anyone else and was shocked to see people from all over the country reporting exactly what I have been through. What in the world? I know food poisoning can happen, but these are all recent! Do they not do anything to help prevent this from being a major chance to be closed down for taking people out?
What do I do from here? I cannot eat anything without a terrible burning sensation, and especially when I am empty, it's worse. I can't sleep well at all and had to order a special piece to help me sleep sitting at an angle as my stomach has hurt SO bad I can't lie down and sleep through the night. My diet exists of chicken soup and crackers, and water. It's no way to live and it's not helping get rid of things in the long run. Help! | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea

Ordered pizza two nights ago with extra anchovies and been ill since. Going hot, sweating, diarrhoea and vomiting. Just had doctor out that confirmed food poisoning. Everyone else who got pizza is fine, I was the only one who ordered anchovies, everyone else had cheese/hawaiian pizza

I ordered a Shamrock Milkshake today 04/09 at 9:28AM. After I finished drinking it, the roof of my mouth started to feel like it was burning. I have ordered this milkshake at this McDonald's in the past and never encountered this problem before. Right now it is
2:11pm. The roof of my mouth is still painful, feels like it's burning and it hurts to swallow and eat other foods. I had also ordered a Sausage Egg McMuffin with my shake. I drank the shake first, but could not finish my McMuffin next because of how painful and uncomfortable my mouth feels.

recall was triggered by a consumer complaint. There has been one reported reaction associated with the consumption of this product.

I found a foreign object in my soup as I ate my soup. As I ate my soup I felt a strange rubbery and kind of hard material. It was black and small like it came from something broken.
