My husband has had awful stomach, side and shoulder pains for the past two weeks. No appetite and severe nausea. He went to ER after eating Publix's sushi on back to back days. Eventually, tests came back to say either Salmonella or E. coli. He was placed on a strong antibiotic to kill bacterial infection. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
