Saturday Sept 23, Olio Resteraunt Dade City fl.33525 Had the Steak dinner . 911 was called and I was taken to Advent Health approximately 1 1/2 hrs. after eating dinner there. Diagnosed with stomach and intestinal irritation, food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Friday/Saturday and Sunday - July 21, 22 and 23. Purchase rotisserie chicken from there on Wednesday July 19, 2023 and made chicken salad from the uneaten parts of the chicken salad (mainly the breast/white meat). Made salad on Thursday and was sick Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Provide all I can  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ordered the Mexican Pizza. I could not eat it all because it tasted funny, kinda like a chemical. I didn’t really eat nothing else after or before that. It left a nasty taste in my mouth. My stomach still feels funny & hurts.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
