I opened a single serve package of Lucky Charms cereal, added milk, and took a bite. It tasted awful. I dumped the milk and tried milk from a different container, thinking it must have been bad milk, even though it had more of a chemical taste. I tried another bite. Then I dumped the milk and kept the package, putting the package with the remaining cereal into a baggie. My throat started to hurt soon after and I started coughing. My throat is reacting to whatever was in that cereal. It feels like my mouth and throat are burned. I called General Mills to report it. They didn't seem concerned about the packages still sitting on the shelf at the Publix grocery store or other stores that may have the contaminated cereal on their shelves.
