Chewy Pizza, Stomach Pain - Publix, Winston-Salem North Carolina

Made Totinos combination pizzas last night for dinner, both my oldest daughter and I ate one. My husband had the pepperoni one. When it came out of the oven we realized how the bottom never got crispy or crunchy, just chewy. We all ate our pizzas, my husband put two more in the oven and we started smelling a weird smell, almost like rancid oil. I couldn't eat the second one and threw it away. The smell lingered all night even after opening the windows. This morning as I was getting ready to leave the house, a horrible pain came over me, it feels like my stomach. I have had painful stomach cramps, going multiple times to the bathroom, nausea and chills. I haven't eaten anything today yet but I also feel queezy if I try to. Luckily my husband and daughter are fine but I feel horrible. | Symptoms: Nausea, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills
