I am extremely sick after staying at my punta cana princess. Upon arrival I noticed cold items like fruit not cold. Fresh juices, not cold. Bugs all over the desserts. I was surprised with dinner on the beach offered by the hotel and 5/6 hours later I uncontrollably vommitted and had diarrhea got the remainder of my trip. I told 5 different staff members including 2 at the desk and they did not care. I booked this resort through a 3rd party and upon them calling for a refund they let me know the resort hung up on them 5 different times. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
