Steak Bowl Severe Reaction - Qdoba, Gaithersburg Maryland

Ordered the steak bowl last night and woke up about 8 hours later I was woken up with the worst stomach pain and diarrhea. After many trips to the bathroom, the pain is still pretty severe. I had severe stomach pain, diarrhea, nausea, and then vomiting. I cannot hold anything down including water. Not sure what in the bowl caused it exactly but it is really severe food poisoning. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
