Burrito Illness: ER Visit - Qdoba, Philadelphia Pennsylvania

1 year ago reported by user-wjmjr832 business

QDOBA Mexican Eats, Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA, USA

1528 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, 19102 Pennsylvania, United States

On Friday night I purchased a burrito with brown rice (which appeared to be out for a while) and I experienced the worst bout of food borne illness I have ever had. I was vomiting and had diarrhea and, at one point a 101.5 fever. I was hospitalized at the ER and received IV fluids. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
