Ate at 6:30pm, both my boyfriend and I woke up out of our sleep with terrible stomach cramps and massive diarrhea. Very nauseous with the chills. We ate tacos with ground beef, burrito with grilled chicken, and a steak quesadilla. So we got the whole E coli package. Hours later I'm still very sick. | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Chills, Cramps
