I bought this cereal on sale a few days ago. I was snacking on it yesterday evening and the evening before. The first evening, I noticed I became a bit gassy, but since it is a high-fiber carbohydrate, that was unsurprising. However, after snacking on it yesterday evening, I woke today, Sunday 09 July 2023, at 5:30 am with virulent diarrhea that is still present, though not as persistent, now at 10:18 p.m.. Additionally, this morning, I was incredibly nauseous, and I projectile vomited all over my bathroom at 7 a.m. My stomach was bloated, whereas I appeared to be five months pregnant, and the pain of the bloat felt as though my stomach would explode. I experienced intense cramping. All of my abdominal muscles felt as though they were spasming. I've never been in more pain and discomfort. I felt weak, and when I lay back in the bed, as going to work was not going to happen, I was in so much pain I couldn't get comfortable. When I finally returned to sleep, I did not wake until 3:30in the afternoon. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Gas, Bloating
