Their sized box with two large bags of the Quaker Oatmeal Squares Cereal. I have had this cereal over the years without issue. Within 6 hours this causes profound diarrhea that lasted about 18 hours. At first I didn’t believe it was the cereal and several days later ate the cereal again, and a similar result ensued. | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I just discovered they were the source making me ill for months, exact same store too. I didn't pinpoint the cereal as the cause until now. I discovered they list the ingredient maltrodextrin , which causes all those symptoms you listed both immediately and longer due to wreaking ones gut bacteria.
