Within 2 hours of eating a bowl of Quaker Oats Squares Cinnamon, I became painfully bloated and queasy. I also had fatigue, body aches, and sweating. About 4 hours later, after feeling nauseous and having painful bloating the whole time, I finally vomited 2 times in ten minutes with no relief of symptoms. Me too ! Same area except I got mine at Walmart
I just discovered they were the source making me ill for months. I didn't pinpoint the cereal as the cause until now. I discovered they list the ingredient maltrodextrin , which causes all those symptoms you listed both immediately and longer due to wreaking ones gut bacteria.
