Additional information: I went to Quaker steak on June 24 and I ate five golden garlic wings and four pick up pickles. My boyfriend had 12 boneless wings six golden garlic, six Parmesan garlic and loaded fries. We are both sick vomiting. We have diarrhea. We have no energy we have chills. We have fevers this is the only thing that we ate and I would like to know what we can do about this situation cause no one should feel like this after they’ve eaten this food | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain, Chills
