I bought a chicken salad with pickles and Caesar dressing and ate it a few min after purchasing it when I got home but then this morning woke up to my stomach bothering me a little bit but then it progressed in mins. I started getting very nauseous and was gagging a lot. I feel so out of it. My stomach is hurting more and I have a headache and diarrhea. I can’t really eat anything because of this feeling. Just trying to sip water and lay down. I feel like I’m also overheating a bit but trying to stay cool. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Something else, Headache
