Around 9am on Saturday October 23rd 2023 I bought prepackaged sliced fruit from the Qt on the corner of Southern and Crismon in Mesa Az. It containing grapes, cantaloupe, watermelon, apple, and honeydew. After eating several pieces I noticed the cantaloupe was fizzy and didn’t taste right so I threw the rest out.
About 15 hours later I was experiencing diarrhea, vomiting, nausea and stomach cramps. All of these symptoms except the vomiting have continued for 30 hours now.
It’s now Monday morning 10/23/2023 and I am getting ready to go see a doctor. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
