I purchased 2 cups of coffee from this location across the street from Gwinnett Medical Center while waiting for my girlfriend to finish up at a docor's appointment, I sat in the parking lot and drank my entire cup of coffee after which I noticed bits of hard, brittle plastic not only in my mouth, but at the bottom of the cup as well. After seeing this, I did not allow my girlfriend to drink the cup I'd purchased her but instead returned to the location to speak with a manager who offered me a refund which I declined, but he contacted Human Resources for me. Later that evening, (12/10/2020), I fell violently ill with mostly gastroinestinal issues including diarrhea and vomiting and some cold sweats as I slept that night, but the abdominal pain was the worst of my symptoms as it was the most excrutiating pain ever.After falling ill, I though back to when I'd spoken with the HR guy "Blake", who asked if he could offer me another cup of coffee for my trouble...."on the house".
